All services are provided based on individual proposals, retainers, or project agreements.

Pricing
Responsibilities
Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and billed separately.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible outcome, clients agree to:
Provide necessary information, feedback, and materials in a timely manner
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
Communicate clearly during active projects
Delays in client response may impact timelines and delivery schedules.
Payments
Payment terms are agreed individually for each project.
Unless otherwise stated:
Invoices are payable within the agreed due date
Work may be paused if payment is overdue
Deposits may be required before project commencement
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Termination
Either party may terminate a project based on agreed notice periods or contractual terms.
In the case of early termination:
Completed work will be billed accordingly
Any outstanding work may be paused or cancelled
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Veloir retains ownership of concepts, drafts, and working materials
Final delivered assets are licensed to the client for agreed usage
Veloir reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds (if applicable).
Additional revisions outside of scope may be charged separately.
Results Disclaimer
While we focus on strategy-led and performance-oriented work, we do not guarantee specific results such as engagement, reach, conversions, or revenue.
Outcomes depend on multiple external factors, including market conditions, execution, and audience behavior.
Limitation of Liability
Veloir is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information with confidentiality and do not share sensitive business information with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party platforms (e.g. analytics, hosting, scheduling, or communication tools). These services operate under their own terms and policies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws based on the registered location of Veloir.
